The chief of the Bangladeshi Anti-Corruption Commission Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury, has declared a nationwide war against corruption.
During a recent visit to the northern-districts of Bangladesh, Mr. Mashud addressing public rallies, warned general citizens and community leaders about the danger of corruption becoming sporadic.
He said, "We must not prevent corruption but tackle it, as the roots of corruption are so dispersed in Bangladesh."
